Sorry:
Please excuse my lack of posts. I've not been very well :(
In fact I've been having a truly rubbish time. I think I'm anaemic or something. I went for blood tests last week, and just having some blood taken affected me really badly, I got really weak with a terrible headache, and I haven't really been able to do much of anything since then. I have to wait another week or so for the results so I'm just waiting. It's pretty frustrating, I'm really tired and really bored. Ho hum.
Enough complaining.. I'll be back soon with something more interesting!

Earl Grey every day:
flowers, lunch with my mum, lovely sunshine, a very retro bathroom, a kitsch new mug & my very old powerbook with a missing T, all taken with my canon ae-1 & expired film.
I'm glad we got that bit of sunshine at the beginning of last week because now I'm so cold! I'm under a blanket in need of another cup of tea in my lovely mug. Earl grey, no milk, one sugar please.
I was also featured on Art Sponge, have a look!

Wanting things I can't have
Camel coat from ASOS, Ragdoll kitten picture from here, bunting from here, and The Outsider by Albert Camus.
A little wish list.
This camel coat is so gorgeous, I love the colour, it looks so expensive and luxurious. Which unfortunately, it is. I can't afford it, but I can still look at it! Yum. And oh look at that kittens face! I am a little bit obsessed with kittens at the moment. Here is a picture of my cat Clio, who I had since I was eight, up until early this year when she died of old age. She was beautiful and definitely the best cat ever. It's ridiculous how much of a big hole not having a cat has left in my life! After spending way too much time looking at pictures of kittens on the internet I've decided that when I finally get a cat, (when I live somewhere that allows pets!) it's got to be a ragdoll, look how incredibly cute they are. Aaah I melt. I've also had the random urge to make some bunting and hang it around my flat and make everything pretty, I just need to get my hands on a sewing machine. And finally I want to get a copy of The Outsider because it's on a looong list of books that I want to read. If I find it inspiring enough I might enter this competition.
A little wish list.

A view from above
SO it's Wednesday. How's your week going?
I have been feeling so tired lately, and I've had a headache just about every day. That could be partly to do with needing reading glasses, and as soon as I find a pair that are lovely enough I'll get some! The selection in the Opticians where I live seems to be so boring. Ah well. As well as that I'm going to the Doctors to find out if I'm deficient in something or other.. Vitamin wise I mean! I'm so desperate to feel healthy and full of energy, but it's just not happening at the moment. Ho hum.
Anyway I want to get better at posting on my blog, especially at writing; I've not been very good at writing about myself. And I haven't posted as much as I'd like to, so I'll try and make a bit more of an effort!
So here are some more beautiful images from David Maisel. I think they look like abstract paintings, and the colours are just amazing.
